Ilknur Soyaslan, the Customer Experience Manager of our company, graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Communication, Radio and Television Department, and completed her master’s degree at the same school.
She started her career journey at Havaş as a Passenger Services Officer. After joining DHL, Soyaslan took charge in every department of the Customer Services Department (Front Line, After Sales Support, Special Customers Desk, Customer Requests Department) in her 23-year DHL career. Lastly, she served as Private Customers and After Sales Support Manager.
In this process, Soyaslan, who received many trainings such as Customer Orientation, 6 Sigma, Leadership and Feedback Techniques, Dealing with Difficult People, Mentorship, contributed to many projects related to customer loyalty and customer satisfaction.
