Devlet Kudat, General Manager, Domestic Logistics of Fevzi Gandur, has graduated from Turkish Military Academy as a Transportation Officer in 1991.

Between the years 1991-2012 he has served as Logistics and Transport Officer within TAF and NATO İN Turkey, Europe and Afghanistan. During these years he has also done MBA at Bilgi University, graduated master’s of International Relations at Beykent University and accomplished the trainings of being senior executive. Then by switching into private sector, he held senior positions within Logistics at Netlog, Omsan, Solmaz and Alişan.
